This season looks promising chaps!
The 1st team girls played in a mini tournament. In their pool were Newcastle, Kingsway and Richardsbay. Unfortunately, even though they tried their best, the girls did not advance from the pool games Hockey:
The 1st team girls also took part in a tournament with six other schools in their pool. They beat Newcastle, Danville, Empangeni and Greytown and drew against Port Natal and Durban North. This meant they advanced to the finals but unfortunately they lost to Ladysmith. Well done girls! The girls then travelled to Durban to watch the Sharks face off against the Reds in the Shark tank. Thank you to all the coaches, drivers, learners and supporters for making this day a truly memorable one.
Congratulations to Tumelo Molefe, Seneliso (Pro) Nsele, Lusiwe Phungulu and Ruben Kenchenten who were chosen to represent KZNCB at the SA u/19 Bowls Development Tournament in Pietermaritzburg from 31 March - 4 April. CORDWALLES MUDMAN
We are very proud of these learners and trust that they will return with medals!
On Saturday and Sunday 15 and 16 March 2014, Dundee High's Mudman athletes participated in the Mudman Event at the Midmar Dam, organised by Cordwalles. The athletes as well as their parents spent an enjoyable weekend on the banks of the Midmar camping and having fun. They also saw some thrilling Multi sport action over the weekend. Our athletes performed very well and once again made DHS very proud. Thank you to Mr and Mrs Burns and Mr and Mrs Müller for their donations and continued support of the Mudman series. FISHING
Remember the Richmond Mudman this weekend!
On Thursday, 10 boys and Mrs Swart left to fish at Duvenhage Dam. They had a wonderful weekend and the fishing was very good. The boys caught 30 fish in total! The weather was excellent….this time no rain or thunder. SPORT VS ST DOMINICS ACADEMY
Thank you to Mr Kenchenten who drove the boys to and from the dam. We would also like to thank Mr Swart who was kind enough to let us use his generator.
